Our Team

Cataloging Maintenance Center

DR. Pamela Thomas

Pam is the Bibliographic Grant Manager and has worked for IHLS since March 2015. She is working on a cleanup project for PrairieCat, cataloging braille books for Mattoon Public Library, and providing RDA and cataloging training. She has worked at public, special, and academic libraries.

She is the mother of two sons, Nathan, 23, and Jackson, 20.

She spends time playing with her very naughty 42-pound Shiba Inu, Zander; walking, reading, and watching Netflix. She has an audiobook addiction.

A fun fact about Pam: The most interesting things that I have cataloged are a human skull (for a nursing school program) and my own dissertation! I love frogs and pigs!
